Downloading, installing and continuously using the application indicates that you fully understand and voluntarily agree to all terms stipulated in this policy.

All core functional modules of Colen, including plant content uploading, text journal editing, growth record archiving and visual chart generation, are only available for adult users over 18 years old. We do not provide any service access to minor users. We will never actively collect, store, process or retain any personal information, plant record content and usage data generated by minors. Any unauthorized use of the application by underage users will result in immediate termination of service authorization.

We implement comprehensive technical and operational security measures to fully protect users’ private data and creative content. All local data processing, content rendering and data chart generation procedures adopt standardized security encryption mechanisms. During the whole process of uploading plant photos and editing maintenance diaries, we will not extract, identify or obtain any sensitive personal information, private tags or hidden data from user-submitted content. 4. Types of Data We Process

User Independent Journal Content: All hydroponic plant photos, maintenance text records and growth diary content uploaded and edited by users are independently created and fully controlled by users. The application has no automatic cloud upload, remote synchronization or background backup functions. Users enjoy absolute ownership and full management rights over all personal recording content. You can preview, edit, delete and update plant journal records at any time, independently clear application cache data, and terminate all platform data processing behaviors by stopping the use of the application.

7. Third-Party Privacy Isolation Provisions

Colen adheres to a strict zero-sharing and zero-disclosure privacy principle. The application does not integrate any third-party advertising SDKs, data tracking tools, statistical plug-ins or external data collection components. We will never sell, rent, share or disclose users’ plant photos, maintenance diaries and private statistical records to any third-party individuals, enterprises or institutions in any form. The entire service runs independently in a local environment to completely avoid external privacy leakage risks.
